I personally don't like the high notes that the clarinets are given towards the end. I would prefer to hear a little more of the triplets that the clarinets have in the beginning. That is something that I would want to hear more of in my opinion. Other than that, makes sure there is more lows and that the high choir is blending with the lows. This is a beautiful piece when everything is blending together.

The brass were to flowing at parts. There were parts that I believe should have been marcado.

too much highs and not enough lows. Pyramid of sound. Basses should be the biggest sound and the altos and sopranos should be the smallest sound.. Also, more dynamic contrast, and watch those accents!!!! They are important. Overall good job, i love playing and hearing this piece!

my middleschool symphonic band(highest band) played this for UIL competition and we sounded better than that. i agree with ted. the high notes were definately too loud and they sounded kind of screechy, although i liked what they did with the tempo changes. over all, i think they could of had better balance and not rushing some of the moving parts.
