My wife & I moved from New York State to Texas this past summer because of NY's HIGH taxes. The real "rat" problem is not with rodents, it's with New York State's lawyers & politicians !

well rats do eat food yes, but the rats arn't a litteral thing. the rats represent sort of filth and disease you know. just to give a dirty feeling to it (also it seems they are using it to make a nest).

I'm fairly shure that's the meaning of this all anyways but lynch can be VERY confusing, I just think I'm good at understanding his meanings.
