How can I do this if I have a soy and dairy allergy?

Hi powerpetslover. Maybe try using all coconut milk for the soy milk and creamer. It will have a coconut flavor, but that might go well with the curry. Otherwise, maybe use a combo of plain almond milk and coconut milk, for a less pronounced coconut flavor.

I'd love to hear how it tastes with the coconut milk.
