@NostalgicProcrast Here is what you do ! pinch your nostrils with your right hand after taking a big breath, use your left hand ro cover your mouth, close your eyes and lift your left leg now while holding your breath, think of the year ( ie 1977} you want to return to now spin, and spin, and spin until you pass out when you come to you will be in the year you thought of ,say 1977! Do not be alarmed by the women wearing Farrah Fawcett hair do s !
