I was about to sell our reformer when my wife found these videos. I've started using it for the back pain from my injuries, and I can already tell it's helping. Plus the stretching exercises you cover in the second video and the crunch video are the same ones my osteopath/acupuncturist recommended, and I already know they work. Kudos on these videos. I'm sure the pilates reformer exercises will help even more. Thanks!

Thank you for putting this up.
I notice this is a recent video, relatively speaking. Do you feel that the Reformer model you have still offers enough resistance for progressive exercises?

Many people buy these and don't use them. So I was able to find this on Craisgslist for $35 after hunting for a few months.
Did you buy the reformer after having bought all other equipment? which one is really the good one?

I bought the reformer at around the same time as the other pieces of equipment. It's a Stamina 4500 (Amazon - $219 shipped). It was an excellent investment. I use it every day and it really makes a difference.

any of these good for abs?

It's very good for abs. The booklet that comes with this reformer says there are over 4000 different exercises you can do with it. I don't know about that. But most of the exercises I do are focused on abs. Also leg/trunk stretches for my back..
