Great tips! For the oil based conditioners you mentioned, when I go shopping, how will I know if the conditioner is oil based ( for the relaxed part of my hair)? I never payed much attention to what products were based from when I regularly received relaxers haha, but now I am re-learning. Will product bottle flat out say oil conditioner/ moisturizer? Thx

The key during transitioning, and with natural hair in general is moisture, moisture, moisture! It will keep your hair from breaking at the line of demarcation, it will keep protect your ends from splitting, it will aid with detangling, it will clean your kitchen. Ok, well maybe not the last one, but...it will make your life a lot easier. :<) Conditioning, deep conditioning and water. Don't be afraid of water

@ThisDaye im glad you said dont be afriad of water cuz when i had my perm i was ducking water like bullets girl. til this day i cnt swim :( lol

I really do love to hear ur opinions... i also love your look... u would be gorgeous bald... lol. But i just did my bc and I didnt take care of my hair at all! Now im paying for it... I got that serious DRY TWA! I think i transitioned 2months n some change... When u get a chance... check out my vids. I hope u make a new video soon and i hope ur friend does go thru with the BC! :o)
