Leija's Smiling Meditation, Eat Pray Love, Mother Nature, Plant Communication, Love & Gratitude :)

I totally wasn't planning to vlog tonight, but spontaneously felt like sharing a little meditation that I enjoy doing regularly, one that I like to call "The Smiling Meditation." I also touch briefly on the movie "Eat, Pray, Love" and talk about how healing Mother Nature is & encourage you to connect with her as much as you can! I talk with & connect with plants and trees regularly and feel uplifted, healed & completely inspired after! )

On a side note, if you want to feel inspired & moved to connect with your inner being, I recommend listening to Lisa Gerrard. I don't know about you, but her music really speaks to my soul... it's beyond words... angelic, beautiful & moving... almost therapeutic:) Here are a few of my fav songs of hers:

Some books that sort of tie into the theme of this video are Anastasia & The Ringing Cedars Series books! I highly recommend them! They are life changing!

totaly feel you on the plant tree comunication. i went to my gfs house on my bike, bout 2h bike ride, and in the middle there was this huge amazing tree that i just had to stop, be barefoot and just lie in it. for some reason i just felt that the tree was grateful for my presence, as much i was. now each time i pass by it feel like the trees like come back i want company or something! lol

The book, Eat Pray Love was really great...actually the audio book, i listened to. I thought the movie was good but the mental images i came up with from listening to the author speak were much better than the movie's attempt to capture what she was saying.
