  • dissolving the ego from the frame of speculation and to observe harmony of lack of definition fill my perception. to see beauty of the source in all. and to stop defining myself within memories of the past or expectations from the future (egoistic or egocentric). to remove myself from the equation of conflict and redefine myself in the constant of unconditional love. yay for new year resolutions! ^_^

  • @notrwhitecrow Do you feel that you are not successful in these things currently, or that you want to improve upon what you've already accumulated?

  • @LosAngelesYogaNidra sometimes i have really definite moments of harmony, when i feel i resonate with my reality. but its very much a condition of external influences and my expectations thereof. i guess thats what we all need, to feel that our perceived self is somehow connected with reality, which is probably the source of all needs. and my perception and knowledge of the self is very volatile and limited sometimes. like right now im plagued by worries and stuff.. not feeling too good :/

  • @notrwhitecrow I think it's normal.....we strive for better and can sometimes think that there is something wrong with that....but maybe it's all ok. The worries, the harmony....I think that's the ticket.....

  • Beauty is in the imperfections.

  • @JamesGarcia1972 I'm glad you think that way :)

  • Hey! It's funny hearing you start of this video. I have set a similar goal for this year to be a little more vulnerable. To edit less, and show a little more. As to the second part of the video (not sure why I have compartmentalized it that way)This is something we were talking about yesterday. Experiencing the death of an old paradigm or view of the self, in order to embrace the new. I think we mourn it as a death.

Hoping lots of joy and love in your vulnerability and your union ;)

    Love,

    Marcy

  • @LosAngelesYogaNidra perhaps.. but if the true nature of reality is unity and harmony, then a mind that truly knows itself and its place in the universe sees harmony and beauty in all things, in all feedback. and ego would limit this perception of the self, hence imposing conditions upon all feedback from reality. I guess its a handicap from being raised in the conditions (society?) we have today..
