No I saw this commercial on dutch tv. I translated the text from this youtube video. You dont think I would remember some text in a commercial that was ages ago on tv.

you saw it on flemish tv then, not dutch, because the magazine is only for sale in belgium ;)

this is an ad for ché, a flemish (belgian) men's magazine. obviously it was never banned here..
the only reason that these are labelled as banned is to attract more viewers ;)

not exactly... you can say the same & more on primetime tv in all the countries neighbouring the netherlands/holland, except maybe germany.
this commercial is flemish btw, the dutch-speaking part of belgium.
