What is done in other countries when a plane is hijacked? This isn't the first time this has happened. When planes were being hijacked to Cuba from the U.S., did fighter planes intercept them? The hijacked planes seemed to get to Havana in one piece. That aside, I, too, feel it was very strange the U.S. seemed to have NO air defense for the continental U.S. Was an air attack on the U.S. so beyond the imagination that nothing was prepared or were all our planes in the Mideast?

Gore Vidal is a great American. I wish Alex Jones wouldn't give Ted Pike etc airtime, undoubtedly he would see Gore as part of the "homosexual conspiracy", and great novels like The City and the Pillar and Myra Breckenridge as subversive literature designed to undermine the family.
