Ideal Lockable Side Sliding Window Insert

The Ideal Lockable cat flap window insert is designed to be installed vertically into a sliding window. The pet opening has a 4 way locking feature so you can control your pets access through the door. The pet opening measures 6.25 X 6.25. The flap of this pet door is constructed of hard lexan. These flaps are replaceable but rarely need replacement. The top section is spring loaded and adjustable up to 2.5 inches for easy installation and removal. The top section has a total width of 13/16 of an inch wide, and can straddle any top channel measuring 5/8 of an inch or less. The bottom section has a total width of 5/8 of an inch. The bottom section has a C channel measuring 5/16 of an inch that straddles the center guide rail of your window. This insert includes foam bumper weather stripping and a draftstopper weather stripping. The Lockable sliding window insert comes with a locking pin mechanism that can be installed to securely lock the window when not in use.
