sorry let me try this again. it is indeed live, it went out over the comcast sports channel here in philly, CSN....i heard it live and people seem to think it was one of the flyers pre-game announcers, who were coming on next, apparently pissed off because the game ran late. his mike must have been opened up, and boom..there it is.
