Don't Drive 100 miles per hour on a Kansas Highway

Driving over 100 miles per hour on an Interstate in Kansas feels good in a VW R32. You almost don't notice you're going that fast. Especially when you are making fun of the Dog Whisperer. Then, the fun almost ends when a silly Kansas Highway Patrol Officer pulls you over. Smile, you're on candid camera Mr. Policeman.

 I dont think the fines are too terribly high for here in Kansas. I got my first for 82 in a 70 mph zone and it was $125. They did not report it so I only had to pay the fine. I think some other states such as Virginia and North Carolina fines and what is considered reckless is just plain stupid. I could see maybe 90 as reckless but 80 is not an unsafe speed on major highways.

@hesasmartone I'm from Kansas and to drive from KC to Colorado is MURDER! An arrestable offense, yeah right. Everybody drives 100 mph just to get through it and stop sleeping at 55. LOL. One time, everybody was asleep, including the driver.

Are speed limits are a joke! look at all the newer vehicles and power they are putting out, the majority of affordable sports cars easily putting out at least 350 to 400 horsepower. even your 4 door sedan go like hell these newer cars are easily capable of cruising at 85 mph on the major highways and still maintain a safe driving environment
