I agree 100% with you, but the Bugatti was also built for comfort. Sure you can have a 1000 horsepower 'Vette or even a 10000 horsepower Honda. But it totally eliminates the comfort part.

exactly what the specs point to;the veyron has high revs and small displacement, and the corvette had low revs and big displacement giving it more power in the long run
