What so many people don't understand, that with these recipes, one can vary the ingredients to suit their own tastes. Your recipe looks like you've got the basic components and construction down. They made me hungry!

Looks good! Re: the "not traditional..." comment, although we prefer the "traditional" green and red chile dishes, we've also discovered that even among New Mexico natives, there's about as many recipes as there are cooks.
