the point is that when you go to the us, they speak you like it goes, no spanish, no help, here we got to learn to speak english to help you. and the other point is, if you come to tijuana and dont get into any trouble with the wrong guys then you aint going to get kidnapped, i been living here all my life.

Yep I've seen that. It's still like that, they haven't fixed that part of the fence. Plus, people can just go out into the water and swim around it. Very loose patrol there, especially at night.
