On the 27th of May 2011, the Bobs for Good team was surrounded by students, and not in a club in Claremont.
The 45 students were international business people completing their MBA from CASS Business School in London, and were in South Africa as part of a module of their degree dealing with developing economies. They visited Bobs for Good to see how a business, and in our case, a Public Beneficiary Organisation, functions in a developing economy. Instead of just telling them, we decided to take the MBA students to a shoe drop in Ukhanyo Primary School in Masiphumelele in Fish Hoek. Masiphumelele Township had recently been victim to a fire, which destroyed many a home in the area. It was children from these homes who were top of our donations list.
