In old Indian movies this was a classic (made fun of in most movies actually) trick to start a conversation with a girl. They would pick up their handkerchief (aka, hanky), call the girl asking whether she accidently dropper her's.. so there, that's is what happens in this video.
Except the girl knows the routine and has all the hanky's of random men already as a collection (the reason she starts naming them all to the poor guy).
