  • Love your video! I hope you will post it in the StoveTopHero January video cooking contest! You would be great. I would be happy to post if for you, with your permission. Let me know. Thanks! Mike

  • @StoveTopHero Hi Mike! thank you for letting me know about the contest - it's really cool. Can you please post the "couscous tfaya" (my latest video) instead for the contest? it's much better quality. thank you!

  • HI Alia. I like your cooking. and I try some of your dishes, its really good!! Can you please tell me what kind of a fish you use for this dish. Good luck.

  • @shiranilyn

I am using Stripped Bass - it tastes best - but you can try it with other types of fish.

  • Incredible!

My family and I loved it! I made it with whole Tilapia and it was just delicious. All the ingredients and flavors came together beautifully.

I made two large whole Tilapias and I've doubled everything else. Nothing was left over!

A really easy and beautiful dish to make. Very presentable and worthy cooking for guests.

Thank you Alia. Keep 'em coming.

  • so happy you enjoyed it!
