@Pooshooter5k No it more then that if the alternator not spinning or not output the rigth power it set off a buzzer a big trucks also has that to it like if had a broken belt becuses the is belt slipping there are two types of Fans, Manuel or Thermostatic Clutch a Manuel Fans will cuases that happing.
