Holy crap. That was insane. I've been on SpudFiles a while and seen a few cannons but that was really impressive. Total destruction (but, yes, the camera angle did suck). I think I now officially have "cannon envy". My little MAPP setup seems wimpy now. I guess I'll have to upgrade to steel.

WOW is all i can say. You should like bolt together a steel stand and spring recoil absorbers for that beast.

I'm starting work on a beefier wooden stand next week that can roll back with the recoil rather than snapping in half like this one did. With 5800 ft/lbs of muzzle energy, the recoil is enormous for the heavy slugs
