  • What do you mean by 'feeding' it regularly - in the fridge? Thanks!

  • @loui0008 I mean that the little bugs grow slowly in the fridge but they still grow and would need a food top up maybe once a week. So take them out of the fridge and remove a couple of tablespoons of the starter and replace it with a couple of tablespoons of flour and enough water to get the right consistency. Pop them back in the fridge until the next week or whenever you need to make a loaf. I make a loaf every two days so the mix remains on my counter/bench.

  • A dull knife requires more pressure to cut things. More pressure... more of a chance you will slip. Make sense? Good video btw.
