I agree with you I have to wash my hair every 2 or 3 days....what I have found that works for me is good old scalpicin and I stay away from all oils on my scalp...I am going through a flare up now I haven't had one in years...

You're right. When I was using the Head and Shoulders I stopped feeling relief after about 2-3 weeks. But I kept using it cause I didn't know what else to use! Yay another vid! I'm excited! We do look alike!

It that is your scalp condition then we have the exact same scalp conditions. Around the 3rd week of using a product i could already know if it was to work or not because it gave me relief but did not progress after the 3rd week to a deeper relief. I'm uploading a vid that i had a hard time uploading you will receive it in few minutes. I think that we look alike lol

It is a PAIN!!! I'm still not sure if I have eczema of the scalp because my symptoms favor seborrheic dermatitis mostly. But I do have eczema on my face and arms so I have to treat them differently. For example, I can put moisturizer on my face and it feels great; I can not apply moisturizer or oil to my scalp because they cause it to scale and itch like CRAZY!!! I'm so frustrated...but hopefully I'll find something that will offer relief. Thanks again for all YOUR help!!!
Have you ever tried calendula oil? I've never used this on a scalp, but my step daughter has pretty bad eczema and I purchased some from my local herb store and it has helped tremendously. You also might want to look into cutting dairy out of your diet.

Thanks for the suggestion. No I haven't tried calendula oil--but i think its in some of the products I'm ordering. I will be doing a dairy fast soon actually to see how my skin reacts. It will probably help.

Thanks for your prayers, I know God is the ultimate Healer. Some of the soaps I've ordered contain tea tree so I hope to see some positive results. I'm taking spanish courses. I actually have a BA in spanish but needed to freshen up on my speaking skills. Do you speak any spanish? Animal care would be great for you! I almost became a vet but my passion for language took control :)

first top using shampoo...conditioner works better and it has no soap in it. sounds like contact dermatitis ....I'm alergic to soap and that happens to me. this is what to do insstead...buy some white iodine, peppermint oil, make tea out of sage, rosemary, and ginger. rinse your scalp with it. co wash instead of shampoo. also vinegar is good as a final rinse. no chemicals near your scalp...stop that, Hope this helps.

Thanks for your suggestions. I have thrown away my commercial shampoos and am using natural treatments. I feel better about using natural things on my body. I have purchased some products and plan to test them out before adding anything else to my routine. This will allow me to see what works and what doesn't . Thanks again!
