I think james is a good guy at heart. Such an unfortunate thing that this did happen.. He was totally unprepared for it.. not knowing quite what to do in such situation.. Quite sad really..

I feel confident that Mr Ray takes full responsibility for HIS ACTIONS at that workshop event. Now, if the participants who promised in writing to take full responsibility for THEIR ACTIONS at that event keep to their legal promise there should be no problem. The problem is that the people want to break the legal promise they made. So far there is no indication that Mr Ray conducted the sweat lodge in a reckless manner thus the liability waiver is enforceable

If it's not true that toxic press wood was used to heat the sweat lodge stones and that the vinyl tarps used on the sweat lodge were stored with rat poison for a year I say we all need to know. Just saying "you are wrong" proves nothing. Angel Valley constructed that death trap. What do sweat lodge experts have to say about the death trap Angel Valley constructed. That I would like to see testimony of and I don't trust the media to do fair coverage of this even. The trial needs to be televised

Would Kirby's mother have laughed more if Mr Ray didn't send her any money? Hey, face reality! Kirby was asked if she was okay and she said she was okay. That's why Mr Ray was not concerned. It was Kirby Brown's decision to stay in the sweat lodge, not Mr Ray's. Can't you get that through your thick skulls?
