I agree that slowing down the speech does make it seem as something that was formed organically in the moment. Although watching others perform the speech at faster speeds really make one appreciate the complexity of the words, I prefer the speech slowed down with timely beats and sped up at the right moments when it seems Hamlet is getting just a bit riled up.
