We're in the stalls at the London Palladium for the Wizard of Oz 'touch tour' - as Marketing Co-Ordinator Mark Fox explains, this is when visually impaired patrons come to see an audio-described version of the show and, prior to curtain-up, audience members are personally introduced to some of the cast and crew (including our Wizard, Michael Crawford), giving them the chance to touch some of the costumes and props from the show and have their uses explained.
