I must say something. you forgot to say that a self inflating air pad will pop and be useless at the worst possible time. And then you will be up all night feeding a fire or be uncomfy sleeping on a bed of wet rained on pinestraw. Dude from my experience I don't ever bring any pad that relies on air for it's insulation anymore. These days I roll with a thermarest Solar ridge rest Large. I simply strap it to the outside of my external frame pack. I'll make a responce video later.

hey i was just watching your video and my uncle and grand father invented therma-rest now called cascade designes...look up jim lea/therma rest up on google...just a fun fact.
