The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey follows title character Bilbo Baggins, who is swept into an epic quest to reclaim the lost Dwarf Kingdom of Erebor, which was long ago conquered by the dragon Smaug. Approached out of the blue by the wizard Gandalf the Grey, Bilbo finds himself joining a company of thirteen dwarves led by the legendary warrior Thorin Oakenshield. Although their goal lies to the East and the wastelands of the Lonely Mountain, first they must escape the goblin tunnels, where Bilbo meets the creature that will change his life forever... Gollum. Here, alone with Gollum, on the shores of an underground lake, the unassuming Bilbo Baggins not only discovers depths of guile and courage that surprise even him, he also gains possession of Gollum's "precious" ...a simple, gold ring that is tied to the fate of all Middle-earth in ways Bilbo cannot begin to know. -- (C) Warner Bros

yeah especially agree for 3D and the plot. I would love to see extra stuff, but I kind of felt like the whole thing wasunconnected and tiring....and too many ork fights for no apparent reason...

Yes because whenever someone has an opinion different then yours that would be the best solution. Grow the fuck up. I enjoyed the film, but from a technical and critical point of view, it has its flaws.

They basically said the HFR looks like shit (fair comment) and its too long. That is all. Nothing about story or acting. And that it doesn't end? So you're saying FOTR is incomplete because its the first part of the trilogy. WTF?!? That doesn't make any sense

After having watched quite a few of these "WTF" reviews and I think (with the possible exception of the woman) these guys just want to be able to sit and not have to think too hard. When anything comes up where you might have to concentrate and use your memory, they're out.
