Wrangle over Zimbabwe election date - 29 Jan 08

With record high inflation, and an unemployment rate touching 80 percent, general elections scheduled for March could hold the key to Zimbabwe's future.

The government's turned down opposition demands for constitutional reforms ahead of the vote and as Supa Mandiwanzira explains from Harare, the exact date of the poll is also yet to be confirmed.

Zimbabwe has been an incredible disappointment to people all over the world. Robert Mugabe is a tyrant and has betrayed the cause for which so many died!!!
