I was rehearsing some material so this is not the Newfoundland music I have been focusing on recently.

I first heard this song after a friend of mine introduced it to me one evening. The Great Lake Swimmers are another great Canadian group and they have a very unique sound.

I have loved this song since I've heard it and to me it's like a love song to Canada. Whether or not I am correct in my interpretation could be up for debate for me this is what it says.
