  • I'm not a competitive shooter, but I do carry and train for shooting in professional situations.

The skill sets are different, and I wish more people understood that. Too many people training for self defense want to use Koenig/IPSC instead of real life practicals.

I focus on the target at all times, not the gun. Reloading is by feel and muscle memory. I also carry my mags "bullets back", so that my thumb is on the spine while reloading. It's a stronger grip, and more instinctive.

  • @NHindividualist For self defense training you can watch our videos we produced at Gunsite. Jeff Cooper knew a thing or two about self-defense which is the foundation of training at Gunsite. On our channel you'll find them if you type in Gunsite Reload into the search bar.

  • California and Illinois are essentially unarmed.

Except, of course, for the criminals which by the way don't give one shake of a pig sh*t about your laws.

  • @nnixon6 you can purchase weapons here in california they are jsut so much more limited than other states

Lols haha or just move somewhere else, but that would be some bs, can you imagine this, you pistol has to be 5lbs or heavier since its hard to kill people with a pistol that heavy, its barrel need to be 5in or longer, has to be breach loaded and its against the law if it has a capacity of more then 1 round, it has a mag lock, the barrel cant be rifled or have a compensator and that you cant have any sights. All of this will prevent peoples deaths from happening... tards I say

  • Could you do a video over the equipment needed, the ammunition you use, and the kind of steel that most targets are. I know in SASS you can only shoot lead bullets is that true for steel challenge or can you use fmjs? And go over all the games IDPA, USPSA, Bianchi Cup, etc.

Ah, man. I would just sell all my guns and give up hahah. Magazine lock for a 'assault pistols'. You'd need a special holster for the paper clip you'd need for it to drop freely.

  • @EverythingisFire

I know I live in CA haha, but I mean for pistols lols, I was joking with a lobby friend of mine saying what are thye going to ban next? Assault knives or something, what would really suck is lock on a pistol mag so then to reload you would have to load the mag by feeding it into the ejection port of some bs hahaha.

  • @theme57

Already happened. Ever seen magazine locks on 'assault rifles' ? :)
