Discombobulator is in the Scripts Window.
Go to the scipts window, click on the Scripts Button
Go to Mesh
Click Discombobulator
Then at the bottom right, press Discombobulate
There you go! :P --> Dont ask me about 2.5 cuz Im still figuring it out.
