You'd think they were the Russian president or the prime minister the way they behave. Putin is understood to be one of the most disciplined and physically fit of world leaders. He exercises regularly and has never been seen drunk.

This man said today that Russia needs a stronger army; and I can't help but agree with him. Everyone knows Russian weapons like submarines are lying by their hundreds in their yards, rusting, and that Russian soldiers are amongst the most ill-disciplined in the world: They don't abide by military codes and they drink heavily, and are often drunk. They even drink on duty and during overseas study visits and training! To the disgust of trainers and fellow trainees...

@smoothMousePad Yes, western people tell me Putin isn't a good leader, he's a dictator, all sorts of rumors but I don't believe them because people in the west are biased to a certain opinion. I do the research online but I get many mixed opinions and it's hard to come to a general consensus.
