@ownage6222 good country, yes; insurance - no. not everyone has insurance and those who do, its not because of the government. In US, you are talking about government insurance, in UAE its provided mostly by your employer. Of course in case of accident, UAE provides free medical assistance for the cure (surgery) but not later.

@ownage6222 well actually not everyone does have health insurance and a good living because about 50% of the people in dubai are labourers working on construction sites in the middle of summer when its 45 degrees c outside and they work for about 250 dirhams a month (£50) so maybe you shouldnt talk shit about stuff you dont know.
