There would be the difference between "Stomach" and "abdomen":
- Stomach = Kror Peass
- Abdomen = Pouff
-Diarrhea = Reak_Arch (not "Raay" and "Aatt)
-Urine = Nome (More formal word and should be used is "Bortt cheung toch")

oh thats good. well, i know how to read and write Khmer so if ur not sure dont afraid to ask me or whoever knows Khmer more than you. Just a suggestion ^_^
Vaccination/shot should be " jaah Tha-Nam" and diarrhea should be more like "reak iatch" (like biatch! ahhahaha sorry for the bad example) keep up the good work =D
