You can get it during the last boss fight, but you can't save it after you get the pack. If you leave the lake during the fight, It instantly kills you. And you can't return to the game after you beat it. It's really frustrating.

No no no, YOU CAN STILL GET IT GUYS! It's still in that platform, right on top of the second missile silo. You eather rocket jump / hook / foam your way to there (pretty easy), or go inside the tall building on the center (you can enter it from both sides), climb up the ladder and press B to use the lever on top of the ladders to open the hatch. Then go over the cabin to left and tadaa! Isn't it nice? :)

You know, this game would actually be worth playing if bullshit like that didn't happen. Here I am almost done wioth the game getting 100%, and now I realize I'm going to have top do all that hard work all over again simply because the game chooses not to play fair when it comes to certain items disappearing after a certain time in the game.
