i downloaded and installed the game.When i login it says:''Cant open the data files.Check that they exist and that you have the permission to write to them.The programm will now exit. [201]. How can i fix this?????

You need to run the game in administrator mode or set the .exe to run as administrator mode.
You didn't say what "OS" you running,also try the goolge search for that it will list the solution for it.

I NEED HELP.
I bought the game: lotro shadows of angmar.
When i installed there came a launcher in the screen then the launcher updated stuff and so i could play.
But when i logged out i quited the launcer, and i don't know how i can restart the launcher.
I just re-installed the game and then i got the launcher but then when the update started there was a error.
Does anyeyone know how to fix this problem???

Launch the game where you installed it at.
The program can be launched by either the "TurbineLauncher.exe" or "TurbineInvoker.exe"
The game can be launch by the Game explorer folder in Vista or Windows 7.
