Does the same method apply to tincture of iodine? PLEASE REPLY ASAP !!!

is there a way one can use red cabbage juice to get the same results?
-
@karimiscool2 You could dissolve vitamin c tablets in liquid and use that. The test will also work for a liquid form of vitamin c. Maybe try on of those vitamin c drinks?

does this work for vitamin c tablets or liquid too?

is Indophenol the same as Methylene blue?
I use Methylene blue to test for Perchlorates after an electrolysis
of Sodium Chloride (NaCl -> NaClO3 -> NaClO4) then Metathesized with KCl to make KClO4. (Potassium Perchlorate)

@TheBombBros Methylene blue is a different chemical and isn't used as an indicator for food chemistry although it has many other uses.

do you use this same method, to measure the amount of vitamin c in diffrent type of orange juice (fresh-squeezed, premium, and concentrated) to see which contain the most amount of vitamin c.PLEASE HELP!

@alisongeo5 This test is actually not quantitative so you cannot measure how much vitamin c is each -- you can might be able to tell by color differences if one has more than the other, but this is not a good method to tell for sure how much one has.
