If only. I'm sure you know that France has got greater interests that just protecting the people of Mali. It is a country rich in resources, waiting to be stolen by western companies. But you are correct when you say that religous extremism could be as bad as western-led dictatorship. One could say both are a form of extremism. And we are seeing how western-led "al-cia-da" are making things worse in Syria. The country should have its own government the way they want it
