I think the Voyagers are great... don't like a full train? Don't use public transport. I'm quite upper class and I have nothing against it. Cheap and fast, end of.

personally i think that BR was good as a nationalized company, however i have travelled on the franchised network and have been impressed on the quality of the new stock.
My only gripe about the Voyager series is that they are too small and during peak periods or to busy destinations they fill up too quickly.
