Here are some examples right from my list:
Level 13: Got a gym membership. Before this I had never even considered stepping foot in a gym. And even though I almost had a panic attack sitting in the car before entering, I went in anyway.
Level 18: Bought the book "Skinny Bitch"
Level 28: Started to learn that being active and getting out in nature made me feel alive, happy and balanced. I then started to see food more spiritually. This is what made health apart of me because I made food have things in common with who I was. Like going on hikes and bike rides, drinking tea and eating clean/raw. It felt like it just fit in with my interests, like music and art i.e http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OvaceAfaQz8
etc. etc.
Make your lists, guys! I want to know what level you're on, and what your new goals are.
Perfect way to look at it! I kind of want to see your list of levels! You are such an inspiration!
