Thomas Gabriel, Designer: Reminiscing

Thomas D. Gabriel: talented designer and artist and dear friend since the early 1980s. He and I owned a gallery together, shared like interests and many good times. He was a teacher to me; on a trip to Europe together in 1993, he shared with me his love of Hungary. He fondly called me Erzsébet much of the time (the Hungarian form of Elizabeth). He was a true friend. Tom passed from this world in 2009. This is part one of an interview I taped with him in 2006. In part two, he shares part of his fine silver collection.
