Environmental Fashion Competition 2008

Outram Secondary School got 2nd place in this competition. Cracked our brains for months to think about the designs and concepts.

Designs are fantasy-based, the 4 Guardian Sisters of the Earth. All Guardians has a disc at the centre of their chest as a symbol of life:

(in order of appearance)

Sol (Guardian of the Sun): She provides light and food for the trees. Her magic fans can stop forest fires to protect the environment.

Viento (Guardian of the Wind): She has the abilty to control the Earth's climate. A spin from her magic umbrella is able to create a storm to clear away smog and air pollutants.

Bevattna (Guardian of the Sea): She has the ability to control tides and waves. A slight wave from her scarf is able to change the direction of the waves to round up any oil slick or water pollutants to save her beloved sea creatures.

Luna (Guardian of the Moon): She controls the night. Able to see in the dark with the guidance of her magic staff. She drives away toxic wastes dumped by irresponsible people.
