LP Wind Whistle. It was unfortunately discontinued a long time ago, but I think Acme still makes them, just out of plastic or something. They're fairly inexpensive and you can find them at Steve Weiss Music, etc.

@allieplaysmusic Sorry about that. I didn't catch that at first glimpse. I checked LP's web site, and I couldn't find it. I'm interested in what is too, now that you've pointed that out.

@allieplaysmusic It's the mouthpiece of a brass instrument. From the size of it, I'd say of a trumpet. It could be a trombone, though.
