The Weather Network - New Local Forecast Music + Theme [2011]

DESCRIPTION: This is my concept (emulation) of the Weather Network's Local Forecast, more of a winter forecast concept. The new music bed is currently TWN's Local Forecast Song Contest Track #1, which I find fits perfectly with this new layout/theme.
