He made what anyone would advise him to do.......leave the group and pursue a solo career. Too bad the Spinners went on to become the Monster hit-makers and not him. This man is a proffessional worth imitating in vocal quality, stage presence and I've always loved this song. Wish I could sing it on stage, but no-one knows it where I'm from.
