Is it possible to make it so you can minimize into the dock? Im unsure or how to retrieve windows if I minimize them since I deleted the lower panel.

i downloaded simple 1.9.5 (not 1.9 like the vid)
whenever i drag the simple folder to the themes i dont get the window which says copying and i dont get a confirmation that it was installed.. is there any way to check that it was installed or not

Hey, just go to Appearance Preferences and click on the Customize button at the bottom. When that window opens click on the icons tab. You should see the simple icons in there.

If you have the gnome do running in docky mode it should already have your minimized windows in there. While you trouble shoot it you can temporally add the windows list to the top panel by right clicking it and clicking add to panel and select window list.
