Left 4 Ed Episode 5

After months of hiatus, I finally restart the long dead "Left 4 Ed" episode 5, however, I failed to deliver the Tank episode since I lost the project files for that video. So I decided to remake the episode from scratch.

This is my first time to use a Metro UI style credits.
