I record two friends Dinan M5's. The Black one is a 5.7 Dinan E60 M5 Stroker, However the white one is a 5.8 Dinan Stroker M5 and actually used to be Steve Dinan's personal car!! First I record them cold starting, then a few revs and then an acceleration. Enjoy and don't forget to Subscribe!

FYI How do you feel about that sign that promotes slow drivers to get out of the fast lane? Should it be sold by BMW/Dinan?

  • Different displacements for both? You sure that is accurate, why would they have different cranks?

  • @BimmerBoost Yes, the white one was Steve Dinan's personal car so they did lots of custom mods that are not in production.....and to be honest displacement can always be increased or decreased.....

  • Ahh, yeah, the white one just got here from Cali a little while back! Great sound! This was at the Performing Imports show, wasn't it? I was going to go but couldn't make it. So many nice BMWs in the end!

  • @kevinmosleyI Yep, it was a lot of fun, I actually was talking to Steve Dinan at the beginning and didn't even know it!! But Rick and Guido's M5's are absolutely amazing and I am looking for mine in the next year!!

  • ohh yeah... i got something bothering in my mind...is this stroker kit can be combine with ASR Nos kit ? or maybe with supercharge?

  • @BimmerBoost Dinan is now making all the strokers with 5.8 liters. Unfortunately I missed out on that extra 0.1 liter.

  • @BimmerBoost The white one was the first Dinan stroker, owned by Steve Dinan himself, as statjr said. I guess it was a prototype of sorts, and all M5 strokers were 5.7s thereafter.

  • Oeeh lovely M5's!

  • Absolutely!!! To answer your question. I think somebody could make a bit of money personalizing sunshades or just aftermarket ones as silly as it sounds but so did the cellphone.
