Now that I am in a larger room and require more storage I am thinking about replacing the two shelf units with a Malm 6-drawer dresser. I just haven't decided if I should get the black to match the other desk in my room or white to match the Micke desk.

No I didn't have the width for something that big at the time, so I bought a bookshelf and placed my tv on top of it. This worked really well so when I upgraded to my larger 3D TV in April I bought the exact same bookshelf, placed them side by side, placed the TV, PS3, controllers etc on top of the shelves. Then I cut a large square hole just above the top shelf through the cardboard back of the older shelf unit for the cables for my DVR old PS2.

Yes, I had it for two months now and still love it everyday. I'm still trying to find the video of the completed desk with add on unit. I think I'm just going to have to shoot it again.
